Kamran Loghman (pronounced Cameron Logman) is an adjunct for Leadership at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis and Senior Executive Education Fellow at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is the former President and CEO of Zarc International, a global manufacturer of law enforcement related devices, and was formerly the CEO of Nifar, a national provider of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. Kamran is the developer of weapons-grade pepper spray technology for law enforcement application and holds several patents in chemistry and fluid dynamics.
